Small Game lab: Dress, Clean, and Cook (Chicken or Rabbit)

The purpose of this instruction is to provide each student with some hands on experience pertaining to field dressing, cleaning, and cooking a small mammal; a chicken or rabbit in this case. Once the small mammal has been captured via one of the primitive techniques covered in the Sustenance lesson (snares, spears, or traps), we want to ensure they understand what to do next. We will reinforce to students the importance of eating what you capture and properly preparing the animal for consumption.
